Airport Transfers
Airport transfers can be arranged, the cost is $35 per person for each adult one-way or $20 per child one-way (Child is 2 to 11 years.) Infants are FOC if under 2 years of age on a Shuttle Bus, otherwise, travel in comfort with a Sedan Limousine (2 people $175 one-way), a Luxury Mercedes Benz limousine (1-6 people $200 one way), or a Stretch Limousine (up to 7 people $240 one-way). Luggage is not a problem, and champagne can be ordered (at additional charge) for your scenic trip to Port Douglas. If you require this service please advise flight details and time of arrival.
We understand that your holiday plans may change.
Cancellations are to be advised in writing by mail, fax or E-mail. Cancellations received 14 days or more prior to arrival will be refunded in full, less $55.00 (incl. GST) administration fee. For cancellations received less than 14 days prior to date of stay, deposit payments will not be refunded.
Cancellations received 7 days or less to the arrival date, or amendments to the booking, or failure to arrive at the hotel, a cancellation fee of the full amount of the booking will be charged.
In the highly unlikely event of a problem arising after arrival, our liability to you, if any, is limited. Therefore depending on the circumstances we reserve our rights to a non-refundable balance.
